Customer Reviews
Great phone for kids, easy to manage apps!
I was looking at the Troomi Pine for my daughter and ultimately decided to go with it. We got a good deal using one of their promo codes, which waived the activation fee and gave a nice discount on the device itself. Setting up the monthly subscription plan was straightforward during checkout. A big question I had was about app management, and it's super simple. You manage all the apps through their parent portal, adding or removing them as needed, which gives me peace of mind. It's a solid phone for kids, and I appreciate the control it offers.
Always reliable service
This was my third time getting a Troomi phone, this time an A15 for my youngest. Just like before, the setup was smooth and the Troomi KidSmart OS works exactly as expected. It's consistently good, which is why I keep coming back.
Reliable choice for safe tech
This was my third Troomi purchase. I've had the Troomi Pine for my older son for over a year, and just got the Troomi Sycamore for my younger one. They are consistently good. The phones always arrive on time, and the setup is identical, so no surprises there. The parent portal is still easy to navigate, and managing apps and contacts is simple. I appreciate that the quality has stayed the same across different models and orders. It's a solid choice for keeping kids safe online.
Mostly good, minor issue
I bought the Troomi A54 and an annual subscription plan for my daughter. The phone itself is sturdy, and the parent portal made managing apps pretty straightforward. Delivery was okay, arrived within the estimated window. My only small gripe was trying to get a clear answer on transferring her old number; customer service was helpful eventually, but it took a couple of calls to sort out all the details. Overall, a solid product for what it offers.
Super easy setup
Got the Troomi Pine for my daughter. It was so easy to set up. She loves it, and I like knowing she's safe. It just works, you know? Came with a protective case too, which was a nice bonus.
Smooth order, good support
I ordered the Troomi A14 for my son last month, along with an annual plan. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though it took a couple of tries to get the discount code to apply correctly. Shipping was faster than expected; it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. Setting up the KidSmart OS and managing apps through the parent portal was intuitive enough, I figured it out without needing to call. I did have a question about upgrading the data plan later on, and customer support replied to my email within a few hours. The phone itself feels durable enough for a kid, and the screen protector I bought with it seems to fit well. He's been using it for a few weeks now and hasn't had any issues.
Good for my kid
Got the Troomi Samsung phone for my daughter. It came pretty quick, and setting it up wasn't a hassle at all. She likes it, and I like that she can't get into all the weird stuff online. It's a real phone, but without all the worries. The monthly plan was easy to pick too.
So happy with the Troomi X2
I got the Troomi X2 and the family plan for my kids and it's been fantastic! The safe browser is exactly what I needed. They can use it without me worrying about what they'll stumble upon. The phones arrived super fast, like two days earlier than the tracking said. Definitely buying another one when my youngest is ready!
Great value with annual plan
I was looking for a safe phone for my son and Troomi came up. I compared it to a few others. The annual plan savings made the Troomi A14 a really good deal. I also found a special where I got the first month free, which saved a bit more upfront. It feels worth the money, especially for the peace of mind. Delivery was quick too.
Quick shipping, happy kid
Bought a Troomi A15. It shipped fast. Phone works as described. My child is happy with it.
